REGAGEN monitors the wholesale market in Montenegro, and, among other things, cooperates with the competent authorities of the Energy Community. To notify the above mentioned institutions about the suspicion that the wholesale market participant violates the Law on Surveillance of the Wholesale Electricity and Natural Gas Market, or violates Regulation (EU) 1227/2011 on wholesale energy market integrity and transparency in the other Energy Community Contracting Party (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo *, Moldova, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Ukraine), completed and signed form may be sent to:
